Needs: Subtitles translation and revision from French into English, Spanish, German, and Italian. The subtitles were for an environmental documentary on pollution, specifically about the impact of CO2 on the human body and measures to reduce exposure to carbon dioxide emissions.
Our Solutions: For each language, a project manager from our translation agency in Paris asked an audiovisual professional translator to work on the video subtitles. Each translator had to translate and adapt the content in order for viewers to understand it perfectly, no matter if they are speakers of English, Spanish, German, or Italian. Translators followed carefully the video subtitle standards of each country and took into consideration constraints of time and space on the screen. The client also requested a service of revision of the translation. The documentary subtitled in multiple languages was ready then for a wide broadcast both on TV and online.
